An uninsured motorcycle was seized during a police operation.
Officers carried out checks on the black motorbike after spotting it on Banbury High Street on Monday evening (April 8).
It was found to have no insurance and was seized.
The driver has been reported to court.
Banbury Neighbourhood Policing Team and Special Constables were conducting patrols for Operation Jazz, an operation launched by Cherwell District Council and Thames Valley Police to combat noise complaints and antisocial behaviour.
A key focus for Operation Jazz is to target known gathering spots for underage drinking, street drinking and house parties.
