A DIDCOT man is due in court after being charged with raping a girl under 13.
David Kuca, of New Road, East Hagbourne, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (April 2) charged with several child sex offences.
They include three counts of indecent assault of a girl under 14, two counts of assaulting a girl under 13 by penetration, two counts of assaulting a girl under 13 by touching and one count of being an offender, aged 18 or over, causing or inciting a girl to engage in sexual activity.
He is also accused of one count of being an offender causing or inciting a girl to watch a sexual activity, one count of rape of a girl under 13, and one count of inciting a girl under 14 to commit a gross act of indecency.

He was also charged with three counts of making an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child – namely one Category A image, eight Category B images, and seven Category C images.
The offences are alleged to have taken place in East Hagbourne in 1995, 2001, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
There are two complainants who cannot be named for legal reasons.
Kuca’s charges of indecent images are alleged to have taken place between 2021 and 2022.
The 79-year-old is now due at Oxford Crown Court on May 2 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
