The 45-year-old has been charged with one count of arson with intent to endanger life after allegedly setting fire to a front door in Headington on October 6 last year.
However, the trial was unable to go ahead due to one of the key experts being on holiday and Baillie failing to be produced at court by the hospital he is currently at under Section 28 of the Prison Act 1952.
A preliminary date has been scheduled for April 22 for a new trial.
