A new Japanese restaurant will welcome diners for the first time in Bicester town centre next week.
Mizu, a Japanese-inspired Izakaya restaurant, will open its doors at the former Coral betting shop on Sheep Street next weekend on Sunday, April 7.
Izakayas are described as being popular spots for socialising, drinking, and eating, and offering a variety of food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.

The restaurant adds the Izakaya style means dishes are designed to be shared at the table.
The menu consists of small plates, hot plates, sushi, curries, noodles and a range of signature dishes.
A lunch menu including bento boxes and noodles will also be served from 12pm to 3pm.
A restaurant spokesperson said: “At Mizu, dining transcends mere sustenance; it's about relishing every moment.
“Our dedication to excellence sets us apart. Our staff will guide you through our extensive à la carte menu, curated to showcase the finest Japanese and international flavours.
“Each dish, crafted by our skilled chef, embodies the true essence of Japanese cuisine, fused with global influences for a unique dining experience.
“Mizu offers more than just exceptional food. We pride ourselves on being a distinctive addition to Bicester's dining scene, offering expertly crafted drink pairings to elevate your experience.
“Whether it's a perfectly matched sake or a Japanese-inspired cocktail, every sip complements your meal perfectly.”
