An Oxfordshire company and man have been charged after dogs were allegedly involved in the death of a fox.
Benjamin Halsall from Whatcote Road in Shipston-on-Stour has been charged with Hunting a Wild Mammal With Dogs under the Hunting Act 2004.
Warwickshire Hunt Limited from Kidlington has also been charged.
Police say that the related alleged incident took place in the Idlicote area of Warwickshire on Monday, October 9, 2023.
Dogs were allegedly involved in the death of a fox.
The 23-year-old and the outfit will appear in Leamington Spa Magistrates Court on Friday, May 31.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “This follows an investigation by the Warwickshire Rural Crime Team into an alleged incident in the Idlicote area of Warwickshire on October 9, 2023, where dogs were allegedly involved in the death of a fox.”
