KAYLEIGH OWEN, 27, of Whittington Crescent, Wantage, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified in Wantage on November 17 last year as well as driving without third-party insurance. She was fined £120 and had eight penalty points were added to her driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
CARL WHITMAN, 43, of Acre Drive, Wokingham, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place – Banbury Railway Station – on February 20 this year. He was fined £40. There were court costs of £40.
JOSEPH KATENDE, 19, of Cotton Avenue, London, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug – a silver foil sachet containing cannabis and cannabis resin – in Oxford on March 12 this year. He was fined £100 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were no other orders for costs.
CHARLES O’NEIL, 40, of Archer Close, Malvern, pleaded guilty to obstructing/resisting a police constable in the execution of her duty on December 10 last year at Bicester Service Station in Oxford Road. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.
VICTOR SEALEY, 64, of Marlborough Road, Banbury, indicated guilty to three counts of criminal damage on February 18 this year after damaging a Ford Fiest car tyre, a Dacia Duster car tyre and on February 19 damaging tyres to the value of £320 to another unknown vehicle. He also indicated a guilty plea to one count of stalking between January 11 and February 20 after ringing a woman and being verbally abusive and leaving a voicemail threatening to come to her house. He then attended her home on February 18 and damaged three cars. He was given a community order to complete six months of alcohol treatment, 30 sessions of a Building Better Relationships Programme and five days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to pay £320 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
SAMUEL OWUSU ANTWI, 36, of First Avenue, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the A4130 on February 27 this year with 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £184. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £74.
