Witney Community Hospital's team of housekeepers and porters has been recognised for their dedication and hard work.
The team won February's Exceptional People Team Awards for their commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
The team operates across the entire medical facility, stepping in to cover various roles such as porters, housekeepers, and even catering staff.
Their work is a significant contributor to the overall patient experience and standard of care provided at the hospital.
The nomination for the award was put forward by Christine Lucas, ward sister and manager for Linfoot Ward at Witney Community Hospital.
Ms Lucas said: "It is difficult to put into words how brilliant the team all are without exception, led by Donna and Kristina.
"They support, plan and execute the workload with their team like a well-oiled machine, stepping in without question when needed."
She added: "We are aware it is their job, but we see first-hand every day how hard they work.
"They never complain when we move the ward around or ask them to clean a room or bay at short notice.
"They are a proud team and so deserve to be recognised for the contribution they make to our hospital and trust.
“We could not manage without them or the support they give us and the patients we all care for each day.
"We believe they are deserving of this recognition, and we are very proud to work alongside such a tremendous team."
