FACE of man jailed for thrusting broken glass into pubgoer's neck has been revealed by police.
Benjamin Cuff, 40, of Hundred Acres Close, Headington, pleaded guilty to the offence at Oxford Crown Court on February 23.
Returning to the same court on Tuesday (March 19), Cuff was sentenced to two years and eight months’ imprisonment.

Speaking after the sentencing, investigating officer detective constable Chris Bennett of Oxford CID said: “Cuff was behaving extremely aggressively while intoxicated and the victim in this case assisted in getting him removed from the pub.
“Cuff then chose to return and waited for the victim and embarked on a ferocious assault, which caused serious injuries.
“It was only through good fortune that the victim was not even more seriously hurt or killed as a result of this attack.
“We do not tolerate this type of behaviour, and I would like to thank the victim for his support and courage while we investigated this offence.
“Being intoxicated is absolutely no excuse for such violence, and Cuff will now serve a prison sentence as a result of his actions that night.”
