A SEXUAL assault case has been sent to Oxford Crown Court after a man was charged.
Mohammed Kharal, 40, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault on a female, both allegedly taking place on August 28, 2022 in Oxford.

He is accused of ‘intentionally touching a woman aged 16 or over and that touching when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting’.
Kharal appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (March 19) for his first hearing.
The case has been sent to the higher courts to be dealt with.
Kharal, of Abingdon Road, Oxford, is now due in Oxford Crown Court on April 18 at 10.30am.
