However, the case has been postponed due to Auzine’s medical issues.
He was first due to stand trial in September last year, however, Judge Ian Pringle KC was forced to adjourn the trial as no courtroom and no judge was free to hear the case.
Auzine, from Dagenham, is now due to stand trial on October 14 this year.
He will also need to submit proof of his medical diagnosis and the treatment he is receiving by April 18.
