THREE men have appeared in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm to a man in Oxford.
Jorge Pereira-Xavier, 33, Matia De Jesus, 38, and Zagarito Perreira, 29, have all been charged with in connection with the assault of Ermelindo Henriques Barretto on July 24, 2022.
Pereira-Xavier and Perreira have been charged with one count each of Section 18 – previously bodily harm with intent and affray.

De Jesus has been charged with one count each of affray and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The trio are due in Oxford Magistrates Court on March 26 at 10am to enter a plea.
It will then be decided if the case can be dealt with a the lower courts or if it will be sent to Oxford Crown Court.
