JACEK KAPICA, 43, of Morton Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Banbury on February 18 this year with 99 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

BRYAN TRIGGS, 31, of Corn Bar, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Witney on February 19 this year with 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

JACK CANNON-DARBY, 25, of Charterhouse Close, Brackley, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on February 18 with 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £576. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £230.

KRZYDTOF SZCZYGIEL, 47, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to causing serious injury to Lawrence Crawford on the A40, Forest Hill, by careless driving on March 4 this year. He was also charged with one count of driving without due care and attention. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months and jailed for 16 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £152.

TYEESHA ROBINSON, 36, of Arnold Road, Oxford, was found guilty of one count of assault by beating in Oxford on April 10 last year. She was given a community order to complete eight days of rehabilitation activity and fined £100. She was also ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were court costs of £200 but no order for a victim surcharge.

JOHN HAWKINS, 53, of Banbury Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing £140.35 of alcohol from Asda in Wheatley on September 7 last year. He also pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on the same day in Wheatley and one count of failing to surrender to court/police bail on January 3 this year in Oxford. He was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He also will need to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment. He was also ordered to pay £100 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.
