Georgia Buckingham, of Jeune Street, Oxford, was subsequently charged with being the owner/person in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control causing injury.

At Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Monday (March 11), Buckingham was given a period of conditional discharge for 18 months after pleading guilty earlier this year.

She was also given a contingent destruction order for the Jack Russell Parson to keep it on a muzzle and have it only be walked by people aged 16 or older.
