AN arrest warrant has been issued for an Oxford man who travelled to Thailand when he was due in court.
Jordan Marks, of Stone Meadow, Oxford, was due in Oxford Crown Court on Friday (March 8) for a further case management hearing.
The 32-year-old has been charged with one count of causing serious injury to Carole Steele by dangerous driving in Great Clarendon Street, Oxford on March 6, 2021 as well as one count of driving dangerously.

However, the Vauxhall Corsa driver failed to turn up to court, telling his barrister he had travelled to Thailand.
Judge Michae Gledhill said: “He’s deliberately, in my view, made himself unavailable. He has no regard for the courts or the law.”
A warrant not back for bail has been issued.
