A sandwich and coffee shop has been handed an average three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Pret A Manger at 26-27 Cornmarket Street, Oxford, was given the score after assessment on January 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
Inspectors found standards of food handling were good. Cleanliness and condition of facilities and building and management of food safety were generally satisfactory.
Overall it was found to be generally satisfactory.
The cosy coffee shop opened in the half timbered medieval building in 2018 after a refurbishment in consultation with Oxford Preservation Trust and Oxford City Council's conservation team.
It means that of Oxford's 400 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 344 (86 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
