Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, will be celebrating the former Prime Minister's 150th birthday with a range events throughout 2024.
The series of events at the Woodstock venue will include weekly Churchill at Blenheim tours, VIP tours of the Palace State Rooms, Churchill exhibitions, and private apartment visits.
There's also a guided buggy tour to the Churchill's grave, and opportunities to meet a Winston Churchill impersonator known as 'Winstan'.
The Churchill-themed tours are set to take place every Wednesday from February to October.
Antonia Keaney, social historian at Blenheim Palace said: "We are thrilled to be taking part in the national celebrations to mark the 150th anniversary of the birth of this great man.
"Blenheim Palace - and the Marlborough family - were tremendously important to Sir Winston at every stage of his life.
"It speaks volumes that he chose to be buried at Bladon, amongst members of his family and within sight of his beloved Blenheim Palace.”
Visitors can also enjoy Churchill-themed afternoon teas scheduled on May 7, July 3 and September 10, with 'Winstan' set to make an appearance.
The Palace is holding the Icons of British Fashion exhibition, from March 23 to June 30.
Included in the exhibit is an original Churchill Siren Suit borrowed from Turnbull & Asser and a custom-made smoking cap by Stephen Jones bearing Churchill's embroidered initials.
