A DRIVER is due to be sentenced after the death of a man in a three-vehicle crash in Bicester.
Terence Rabbitts died after the collision at about 3.30pm on Thursday, December 23, 2021, between the Bicester Heritage Centre and the Stratton Audley junction on the A4421.
A red Golf and a maroon Rover 75 were involved in a head-on collision, a red Audi A3 subsequently collided with the Rover 75.

Pik Ho, 60, has since been charged with causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving.
It is believed she was taken to the hospital at the time with but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Audi received only minor injuries, the driver of the Rover 75 and man in his 90s also suffered serious injuries.

Mr Rabbitts was taken to hospital at around 4.50pm.
Speaking at the time of the incident, investigating officer, Sergeant Dominic Mahon of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “We are investigating the circumstances around these two collision in which a man has sadly died.

“His family are being supported and our thoughts remain with them at what must be a very difficult time.”
Ho, of Cranesbill Drive, Bicester, appeared in Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (March 5) for her first hearing.
She is now due in Oxford Crown Court to be sentenced on Thursday, April 4 at 10am.
