One branch of a popular pizza takeaway chain has been listed for sale in Oxford.
Caprinos is a nationwide takeout franchise which was incorporated in October 2014 and specialises in Italian food.
The business started in Didcot right here in Oxfordshire before going on to have branches across England, Scotland and Wales.
Despite it being successful across the country and popular with locals, the Cowley branch of the fast food restaurant is now up for sale.
Located at 251 Cowley Road, the business has been listed on the commercial property market with JCP Estate Agents in East Oxford for £700,000.
Alongside the pizza place itself, there are two residential flats upstairs with parking outside.
“This property is sure to appeal to investors looking for a unique property with excellent rental prospects,” read the estate agents’ listing.
“This property is undoubtedly an excellent investment opportunity.
“The ground floor takeaway restaurant is spacious and stylishly decorated, with large windows that illuminate the space with natural light and seating for up to 10 diners.”
The aim is for the restaurant to become a different business with the listing suggesting a change would benefit the building.
“This restaurant would make an ideal location for a new business venture.
“There is a large commercial grade kitchen as well as, storage rooms and a W.C.”
Caprinos in Abingdon recently shut but this was reportedly due to technical problems with staff expecting the closure to be temporary.
