STEVEN MUMFORD, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to one count of racially/religiously aggravated harassment/alarm/distress on January 28 this year in Oxford. He was ordered to pay £50 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
ANDREW SIFLEET, 36, of Fremantle Road, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Kidlington on December 20, 2022 with no less than 156 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £135. There were court costs of £300 and a victim surcharge of £54.
JACK KEATING, 24, of Talbot Close, Harwell, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Harwell on August 26 last year with 186 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks, and fined £943. There were court costs of £377 and a victim surcharge of £85.
TERRI SANDERS, 35, of Stable Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to entering a premise on October 2 last year in Winterbourne, Bicester which had a closure order put in place by Oxford Magistrates’ on July 4 last year. She was given a period of conditional discharge of 12 months. There were court costs of £100 and a victim surcharge of £26.
TINA NAHBOOB, 36, of Nettlebed Mead, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of racially/religiously aggravated harassment/alarm/distress on September 30, 2022 in Oxford. She was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered to pay £100 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
CHANTELLE PHILLIPS, 33, of Hart Place, Bicester, pleaded guilty to stealing various food items to the value of £19.35 from Tesco Express in Hart Place, Bicester on February 2 this year. She was jailed for 16 weeks because the offence was committed during the operational period of a suspended sentence and ordered to pay £19.50 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
TRAVIS STONE, 39, of Mallards Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to stealing a £5 bottle of wine from Tesco in Hart Place, Bicester on January 26 this year and various food items to the value of £19.35 from the same store on February 2 this year. He was ordered to pay £14.67 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
ANDREW IVISON, 50, of Cherwell Drive, Marston, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in Headley Way, Oxford while unfit to drive through drugs on April 4 last year. He was given a community order to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months. There were no other orders for costs.
MATTHEW COX, 44, of Henry Taunt Close, Headington, pleaded guilty to 21 counts of theft from a shop from March last year to January this year in Oxford. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment as well as being excluded from Oxford City Centre for six months. There were no other orders for costs.
