Wantage Fire Station will benefit from faster and more efficient digital service connectivity after it received an upgrade.
The station has improved its broadband service with a move to full-fibre.
The station has received the upgrade courtesy of F&W Networks and its consumer arm, Hey! Broadband.
In partnership with Oxfordshire County Council, they've connected the station to a full-fibre network, decreasing costs while boosting performance.
This forms part of a larger regional rollout by F&W to enhance connectivity in West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire homes, businesses, and key public amenities.
It comes at a significantly reduced cost compared to traditional public service network alternatives.
The change promises faster, more efficient digital services throughout the region.
