A CYCLIST has been charged for riding a bike on the motorway.
Dhimiter Kruti, of no fixed abode, was due to appear at Oxfordshire Magistrates’ Court on February 28.
He was charged with riding a pedal cycle on the M40, near Watlington, between junctions seven and six.

Kruti was charged with ‘excluding traffic on a special road’ under the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
The 39-year-old was due in court for a first hearing but no result was entered. It is unknown when the cyclist will next be due in court.
If Kruti pleads guilty or is found guilty, the type of offence could carry a fine of up to £50.
