DANIEL JEFFERIES, 32, of South Green, Woodstock, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Chesterton on May 17 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £300.

JOSEPH SANTOS, 36, of Evenlode Close, Bicester, indicated guilty to possession of a Class A drug, namely a quantity of cocaine, in Bicester on June 13 last year. He was given a three-month conditional discharge and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85.

DANIEL O’NEILL, 50, of St Nicholas Road, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wallingford on February 2 this year with 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as one count of driving without due care and attention. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £550. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £220.

JORDAN CARTON, 26, of Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on February 18 in Banbury this year. He also pleaded guilty to one count of possession of Class B drugs, namely a quantity of cannabis. He was fined £40 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £40.

PETER SIMPSON, 38, of Reardon Street, London, was found guilty of failing to remove an item of clothing, a face covering, when asked to do so by a constable on February 18 last year in Oxford. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months. There were court costs of £500 and a victim surcharge of £26.

BRIAN MUTHAI, 29, of Preachers Lane, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of racially aggravated harassment on September 2, 2022 in Oxford. He was ordered to pay £250 in compensation. There were court costs of £250.

MICHAEL BRYAN, 61, of Boundary Brook Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of common assault on November 29 last year and one count of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing and sight or someone likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress on the same day. He was ordered to pay £75 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

ANDREW CLEMENTS, 36, of Hamfield, Wantage, pleaded guilty to possession of a folding pocket knife with a cutting edge in Whittington Crescent, Wantage on January 19 this year. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment, six months of mental health treatment and 10 rehabilitation activity days. There was a forfeiture and destruction order made for the knife. There were courts of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

GARY STEVENS, 33, of Abrahams Road, Henley, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Abingdon on August 9 last year as well as driving without third-party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £250. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.
