A DRIVER has appeared in court after failing to stop after a road accident.

Damage was caused to the other vehicle but Hegedus, of Burford Road, Witney, is accused of not reporting it.
He is now due back at the same court on March 5.
Hegedus also faces an attempted robbery charge and possession of an imitation firearm charge after an unrelated incident in December.
