A Thames Valley Police officer has been charged with sexual assault.
PC Nathan Budd was charged by postal requisition with one count of sexual assault on a female over 16.
The charge relates to an alleged incident in Oxford on November 25 in Oxford while PC Budd was off-duty.
The officer, who is based at the force's northern headquarters in Kidlington, is currently suspended from duty.
He is due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Monday (26/2).
