ANDREW MOYES, 45, of Kingfisher Green, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving on August 1 last year in Oxford. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

OBINNA ENEJE, 42, of Windrush Quay, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on January 28 this year with 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order complete 60 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JASMINE SMITH, 28, of Mary Shunn Way, Wantage, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Wantage on June 23 last year. She was fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

DONNA LOFTHOUSE, 30, of Boxhedge Road West, Banbury, pleaded guilty to one count of theft in Witney on August 6 last year. She stole coke and vodka to the value of £28.87 from Newslink Newsagents. She was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months. There was a victim surcharge of £26.

THOMAS GARRITY, 35, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of as Class A drug on September 14 last year in Oxford. He was fined £120 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the heroin and cocaine. There were no other orders for costs.

LUKE SHIRLEY, 23, of Elms Drive, Marston, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug on December 18 last year in Oxford, namely cannabis, and one count of burglary after he stole three boxes of vapes to the value of £95 from Bonns Square News in Oxford on the same day. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 60 days, be subject to electronic monitoring, provide samples to Turning Point for nine months, complete six days of rehabilitation activity and 50 hours of unpaid work. He was ordered to pay £695 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

WILLIAM BECKETT, 24, of The Lane, Chesterton, Bicester, pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug, a quantity of cannabis, on September 29 last year in Bell Lane, Chesterton. He was fined £123 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £49.
