A JURY has been dismissed in an historic child sex assault trial heard at Oxford Crown Court.
Nick Tarres, 51, has been charged with two counts of indecent assault on a boy under the age of 14 and 16 and one count of attempted buggery with a boy under the age of 16.
The alleged assaults were said to have taken place when Tarres himself was in his late teens and living in Thame.

Tarres, of Botany Gardens, Crowmarsh Gifford, has denied all charges.
The jury in the trial has now been dismissed after failing to reach a verdict.
A hearing will take place at the same court on March 1 to decide if a re-trial will take place or if the case will be dropped.
