LEWIS WOOTTON, 41, of HMP Bullingdon, Bicester, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault an emergency worker, a detention order, on August 1 last year. He was ordered to pay £200 and was jailed for 12 weeks. There were no other orders for costs.

RYAN NJOROGE, 19, of Botley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of theft by finding after stealing a driving licence on March 17 last year in Oxford. He also pleaded guilty to causing public harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words on October 29 last year in Cornmarket Street, Oxford as well a sone count of assaulting a police officer on the same day. He was jailed for nine months and was ordered to pay £100 in compensation. He was also made subject to a criminal behaviour order for three years. There were no other orders for costs.

CHRIS BOYALL, 41, of Amos Road, Leicester, pleaded guilty to drinking while unfit through drunk on October 5 last year in High Street, Thame. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months, reduced by 36 weeks, and fined £162. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £65.

CLIVE WHALLEY, 53, of The Warren, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving on December 29 last year in Abingdon with 107 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete nine months of alcohol treatment and six months of mental health treatment. He was also disqualified from driving for 26 months, reduced by 26 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

LUKASZ DZIADKOWIEC, 38, of North End Way, London, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Witney on December 29 last year with 121 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete six days of rehabilitation activity and 200 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 29 months, reduced by 29 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

STEVEN MCDONAGH, 37, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to four counts of theft. On December 30 last year, he stole £73 of meat from the Co-Op store in Oxford, on November 29 last year stole Wrangler Boots to the value of £79.99 from ShoeZone in Oxford, on October 23 last year he stole £83.50 worth of alcohol from Sainsburys, and on January 10 this year he stole £27 of meat from the CoOp. He also pleaded guilty to one count of a theft pedal on August 8 last year in Heyford Hill, going equipped for theft on the same day after being caught with pliers, possession of a Class A drug, crack cocaine, and failing to surrender to court/police bail on November 14 and 24 last year. He was given a 26-week prison sentence, suspended by 18 months. There were no other orders for costs.
