A Didcot restaurant has been handed a one-out-of-five food hygiene rating, which means inspectors believe ‘major improvement' is necessary.
Django's Smokehouse in Broadway received the low grade following an inspection on January 17 this year.
The assessment rated management of food safety as 'major improvement necessary', while hygienic food handling was stated as 'improvement necessary'.
Cleanliness and condition of facilities was regarded as 'generally satisfactory' by the inspectors from the Food Standards Agency.

Despite the low food hygiene rating, the bar and restaurant has proved popular with customers since opening in March 2022.
It has a listing a 4.7 out of five rating from 323 Google reviews.
And it has an average 4.5 out of five rating on the customer review website TripAdvisor.
Food hygiene inspections and grading in Didcot are carried out by the Food Standards Agency in conjunction with South Oxfordshire District Council – the lower tier authority for the area.
In the latest inspection results published, the The Mole Inn at Toot Baldon received a four-out-of-five rating for food hygiene.
This inspection took place on Sunday, January 11.
Meanwhile, The Abingdon Arms in the High Street in Beckley also received a four star rating for food hygiene after an inspection on the same day.
Purple Mango, an Indian restaurant in Banbury, was given a three-out-of-five food hygiene rating as well.
