A care home in Hailey has celebrated Valentine's Day with homemade treats and visits from children.
Residents at Middletown Grange Care Home enjoyed flowers, cards, and treats.
Home-schooled children joined the residents, creating Valentines cards and heart-shaped decorations, and exchanged homemade sweets and cakes.
The day concluded with a lunch and a special performance from local singer, Fiona, known as 'A Voice in a Million'.
It was the second day of events at the home in recent times after residents celebrated Chinese New Year.
They welcomed in The Year of the Dragon with a visit from various animals including an corn snake and an African snail.
One resident said: "I loved learning about the Chinese traditions in our Chinese New Year quiz that we did."
