ELLIOT RODNEY, 24, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to the possession of a quantity of cannabis in Oxford on January 23 this year. He was fined £80 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85.
SIMON DZIALO, 44, of Magdalen Road, Oxford, was found guilty to one count of assault by beating in Oxford on March 28 last year. He was fined £300 and ordered to pay £75 in compensation. There were court costs of £600 and a victim surcharge of £120.
WALTER MCKIE, 84, of Fritwell Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Bicester on September 20 last year. He was given a community order to complete 18 rehabilitation activity days and he was fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
PHILIP GLENN, 46, of Ashpole Furlong, Milton Keynes, pleaded guilty to drink driving between October 12 and October 17 last year in Oxford with 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.
ALEX HOGEA, 33, of Causeway, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Banbury on June 10 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £500. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.
AARON MCDOWALL, 19, of Wear Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Bicester on November 17 last year as well as driving while disqualified. He also pleaded guilty to assault by beating on November 17 last year. He was given an eight-week prison sentence, suspended for two years. He will also need to complete six days of rehabilitation activity. He was also disqualified from driving for 36 months. There were no other orders for costs.
KEVIN WALLINGTON, 58, of Leiden Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Faringdon on July 29 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and was fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
