JOSHUA RUSSELL, 30, of Eastfield Road, Witney, pleaded guilty aggravated vehicle taking on March 20 last year – he took a Ford Mondeo. He also pleaded guilty to driving without third-party insurance and a licence on the A40 Witney on March 20 last year. He was given a community order to complete 26 rehabilitation activity days and 120 days of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £600 in compensation and fined £400. There were also court costs of £400.

LEE TAYLOR, 43, of Marshall Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to the possession of 10 street-deals of crack cocaine in Banbury on October 4 last year. He was fined £80 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

JASON GLOVER, 43, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to five counts of theft in Oxford. On December 10 last year, he stole games to the value of £101.95 from Waterstones, on December 18 he stole £59.97 worth of games from Waterstones, on December 20 he stole meat and socks to the value of £160 from the Co-Op, on December 28 he stole £146 worth of washing products from the Co-Op, and on January 13 this year he stole food items to the value of £123.70 from Marks and Spencers. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment, 20 days of rehabilitation activity days. He was also ordered to pay £423 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

Andrew Brown, 57, of Henry Taunt Close, Headington, pleaded guilty to five counts of theft from a shop. On December 23 he stole £70 of meat from a Co-Op store in Headington, on December 24, he stole £115 of chocolate from a Co-Op store, on December 26 he stole £100 of detergent from the Co-Op, on December 30 he stole £200 of meat from Waitrose in Headington, and between January 9 and January 11 this year he stole meat and cheese to the value of £190 from a Sainsburys store. He was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £190 in compensation. He will also need to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment. There were no other orders for costs.

LYNDSEY SEALE, 43, of Asquith Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink-driving on August 6 last year in Oxford with 109 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood as well as driving without third-party insurance. She was fined £160 and disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months. There was also a victim surcharge of £64.
