A DOG owner has been ordered to pay £4,000 in compensation after failing to give his dog enough water.
Cornel-Petrisor Burdris was charged with failing to ensure an animal’s welfare after failing to give his dog enough water on July 16, 2022 at Kings Cross Police Station, Islington.
The 44-year-old was charged with failing to provide a suitable environment for the Rottweiler, named Ted, and its need to be protected from pain and suffering was not met.

Budris, of Littlemore, Oxford, pleaded not guilty but was found guilty after a trial.
At Willesden Magistrates’ Court on February 13, he was fined £500 and ordered to pay £4,000 in compensation.
There were also court costs of £652 and a victim surcharge of £250.
