The young men were searched and remain in police custody while enquires are ongoing.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: "As a result of these patrols, three juveniles have been arrested for offences relating to drug supply and possession of a bladed article.
"These arrests are not related to Project Vigilant but as a result of the proactive work by the officers."
Project Vigilant is an operation in which officers carry out patrols in areas outside nightclubs, bars and pubs, to identify people who may be displaying signs of predatory behaviour, such as sexual harassment, inappropriate touching and loitering.
