A van driver has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving without a licence.
Officers stopped a 28-year-old man from Bicester driving a Transit van in Kingsclear Road in the town at around 10.30pm on Tuesday (February 13).
Eyewitnesses have said there were three to five police cars on the street during the incident in which the suspect was drug tested.

Officers can test for cannabis and cocaine at the roadside, and screen for other drugs including ecstasy, LSD, ketamine and heroin at a police station.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: "The presence relates to an incident where a vehicle was stopped by officers.
"A man, aged 28, and from Bicester, was arrested on suspicion of using a motor vehicle in a public place without insurance, driving a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit."
He remains in custody at the moment.
