ALEKSANDRS POZDNAKOVS, 32, of Corncrake Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Banbury on January 13 this year with 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 26 months, reduced by 26 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

SAAD ZAFEER, 20, of Waynflete Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of drug driving in Weston On The Green on August 5 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £416. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £116.

IAN WILSON, 54, of School Hill, Mollington, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Mollington on February 16 last year with 143 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £623. There were also court costs of £775 and a victim surcharge of £249.

REGINALD MOODY, 59, of The Street, Crowmarsh Gifford, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place, Gunn Street in Reading, on January 4 this year as well as one count of assaulting a police constable in Reading on the same day and one count of failing to surrender to police/court bail on January 23 this year. He was fined £160.

WAHEED AHMED, 41, of Marston, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Coniston Avenue, Oxford, on January 21 this year with 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks, and fined £400. There was also an order for £25 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £160.

GEORGE TOMULESCU, 34, of Norris Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to being involved in a road accident on June 4 last year in Bloxham whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, a Mini Cooper, and he did not give his name and address to the owner of the vehicle and failed to report the accident to police. He also pleaded guilty to driving his vehicle, a VW Golf, dangerously on the A361 South Newington Road, Bloxham on the same day. He was given a three-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He will also need to complete 20 rehabilitation activity days and 150 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months. There was also an order for £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £154.
