Steve Roberts scored his first league century as Oxford Downs 2nd made light work of chasing Shipton 2nd's victory target of 225.
Roberts won the game with a six and a four to finish on 102 not out as Downs sped to a nine-wicket victory in the 43rd over.
He shared an unbroken second-wicket stand of 189 with Will Sandbach (86no).
Earlier, Ross Barrett (58no) and Andy Hemming (55) had helped Shipton to 224-4, but it proved not enough.

Mike Wedderburn continued his great run of form to help Banbury Twenty 2nd to a 16-run success away to Challow & Childrey 2nd.
Batting first, Twenty scored 224 all out, led by Steve Hart (57) and Wedderburn (35), while Rob Harries took 6-82.
Roger Podbery (82), Simon Pritchard (48) and Luke Jones (38no) looked like guiding Challow home, but Wedderburn (6-68) had the last word as they were all out for 208.

Arshad Latif played a key role as Stokenchurch won by seven wickets at Kimble.
He took 3-38 in Kimble's 192-9 despite the efforts of Robert Whitehead (44) and Gary Nicholson (41) and then made 73 as Stokenchurch reached 195-3.

Stephen Thatcher (113) and Stephen Lewis (81no) took Buckingham 2nd to 257-4 at Princes Risborough, who made 199 as Dominic Pritchard claimed 6-51.

John Hubert (38) alone offered resistance as Chearsley were dismissed for 122 at Twyford, who edged home by three wickets thanks to Henry Colver's 50, although Ken Baker (4-16) made it hard for them.
