A white van has been captured on camera dumping a large amount of garden waste and a gas canister.
On Monday (February 5), a white transit tipper with a dark coloured dumped the waste on Bird In Hand Lane in Sonning Common.
South Oxfordshire District Council is appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

The council say if you come across some fly-tipping, do not remove anything from the site as they need it for evidence in their investigation.
A statement on the council website said: “After we’ve received a report of fly-tipping and it is on public land, we open an investigation and arrange to remove the waste.
“If waste has been dumped on private land, it is the responsibility of the landowner to remove it.”
