A DRIVER has been charged after fleeing the scene after driving into a garden wall, damaging it in Brize Norton.
Steven Bamsey, of St Peters Close, Cassington, has been charged with two counts of driving a vehicle involved in a road accident and failing to report that incident.
The 36-year-old has been accused of damaging a garden wall in Minster Road on September 9 last year and failing to report it within 24 hours.

Count one is for not reporting the crash and count two is for not stopping at crash.
He appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on January 25 but no plea was entered.
The case was adjourned and will next be heard at the same court on February 22.
