STEVEN PHIN, 51, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person on November 19 in Oxford as well as damaging cell 16 at Abingdon Police Station on the same day and failing to surrender to court/police bail on January 2 this year. He was given a community order to complete drug rehabilitation treatment for 12 months and 30 days of rehabilitation activity. There were no other orders for costs.

JACK MURPHY, 31, of Lidsey Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing at Banbury Police Station on December 9 last year after being suspected of having committed an offence as well as driving while disqualified on the same day. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 90 days, complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

CONNOR LENTON, 25, of Brampton Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment without violence between May 23 and June 26 last year after contacting a woman repeatedly on various social media platforms. He was given a community order to complete 27 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also made subject to a restraining order. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

WILLIAM CARSON, 42, of St Leonards Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to breaching a restraining order made at Oxford Magistrates Court on May 7, 2021 by contacting a woman he was prohibited from doing so between December 13 and 14, 2022 in Headington. He was jailed for 24 weeks and the restraining order was reinforced.

JADE MAYO, 30, of Westholm Court, Bicester, pleaded guilty to being in possession of a Class B drug in Bicester on December 20 last year. She was given a period of conditional discharge for six months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

BESSEM CHAOUCH, 40, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Stroud Park, Ermont Way, Banbury on December 27 this year as well as failing to surrender to court/police bail on January 15 this year. He was jailed for eight weeks and fined £200. There were no other orders for costs.
