CRISTIAN TRASCA, 38, of Hillview Crescent, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Banbury on July 15 last year with 270 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months, reduced by 22 weeks, and fined £415. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £116.

JACEK HULBOJ, 53, of Headley Way, Headington, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on January 19 this year in Oxford. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

JAMES CROUGHAN, 20, of Main Street, Chilton, pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage. The first on January 19 in Didcot he damaged a laptop and a wall to an unknown value belonging to someone else and the second was on January 21 when he damaged a Juliet balcony to an unknown value in Didcot. He was given a community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85.

PARMPAREET SINGH-POONI, 54, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to criminal damage at the Vanbergh House Hotel on January 20 after breaking a mobile phone to an unknown value as well as one count of assault by beating on the same day. He was fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

CHARLOTTE PAULING, 37, of Beaufort Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a Class A drug, crack cocaine and heroin, on March 3 last year in Bicester as well as two counts of theft of a pedal cycle in Between Towns Road on October 20, 2022 to the value of £325 and £450. She was jailed for 20 weeks and ordered to pay £100 in compensation. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs.

EMMANUEL MWANZA, 32, of Manston Drive, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxfordshire on September 25 last year on the A40 with 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as driving without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

WAYNE LAMBERT, 52, of no fixed abode, was found guilty of driving while disqualified on the M40 near Bicester on April 21 last year. He was disqualified for six months and given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months.

PETER SYKES, 19, of Winterthur Way, Basingstoke, pleaded guilty to racially aggravated harassment, alarm or distress by using threatening, abusive or insulting words on May 26 last year in Witney. He also pleaded guilty to damaging the windscreen of a marked police car on the same day to the value of £1,543.68 as well as assaulting a police constable by beating him. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 90 days, to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity and to complete 100 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
