AN inquest has opened into the death of a skilled handyman who was found hanging at his home address.
Keith Smith was found at his home address in South Bridge Row, St.Aldates, in the morning of January 9 this year.
The 53-year-old was pronounced dead by a paramedic at 10.46am. He was found by visiting housing officers who take care of tenants on behalf of housing societies or local authorities.

An inquest was opened to establish the cause of his death at Oxford Coroner’s Court on Wednesday (January 24).
A medical cause of death has been listed as ‘hanging’.
Senior coroner Darren Salter has set a full inquest date for May 29 at 2pm to take place at the same court.
