KEGAN SMITH, 22, of Samphire Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assault by beating on November 29 last year and breaching a restraining order put in place on July 10 by contacting a woman he was prohibited from contacting in Didcot. He was jailed for 10 weeks. There were court costs of £85.

JON SCOTT, 34, of Edgecombe Road, Headington, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a weapon, a throwing star, in a public place on December 14 last year. He was fined £200 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the throwing star. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

LEWIS ALNER, 41, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, cannabis, on January 6 in Didcot. He was fined £50 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs.

WAYNE SPEARS, 54, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe unlawful violence would be used against them on January 6 in Abingdon. He was given a community order to pay £50 in compensation and he has been excluded from The Narrows pub for six months. There were no order for costs.

ANTONIO MARRAFFA, 28, of Oxford Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possessing a pedal cycle without registering it with Thames Valley police on January 8 which he has to do under a criminal behaviour order made at Oxford Magistrates Court on July 21, 2021. He was given a 16-week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months. There were court costs of £50.

CAROLINE MCCARTHY, 59, of Dark Lane, Wroxton, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Cromwell Road, Banbury on December 15 last year with 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months, rescued by 20 weeks, and fined £800. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £320.

JONATHAN MILNE, 54, of Potash Mead, Benson, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Abingdon on December 17 last year with 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.

JOSEPH DODDS, 39, of Hanborough Road, Eynsham, was found guilty to the sexual assault of a female aged 16 or over on March 11 last year. He was given a community order to complete 40 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. There was also £200 in compensation. There were also court costs of £690 and a victim surcharge of £114.

HOLLY PENNINGTON, 36, of Pound Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing an E-Scooter to the value of £300 in Oxford on August 30, 2022. She was ordered to pay £299 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
