JACK MOBEY, 18, of Wimborne Avenue, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle in Bicester on September 13, 2022 while knowing the vehicle had been taken. He was given a community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and was ordered to pay £250 in compensation. He was also disqualified from driving for 12 months. There was no other order for costs.
TOM BAKER, 23, of Nethercote Road, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on September 22 last year in Oxford as well as one count of using threatening/abusive words or behaviour within hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. He was fined £999. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £400.
SIMON HARRIS, 50, of Fallowfield Crescent, Witney, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Oxford on June 30 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £60. There were court costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £48.
HAMMAD AZRAM, 19, of Cowley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on June 18 last year as well as driving without third-party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £333. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £133.
LUKE CARLTON, 39, of Launton Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Bicester on June 29 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £441. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £176.
SHOUNE KENT, 70, of Chapel Road, Faringdon, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wantage on December 9 last year with 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £492.
ERIKA KOVACS, 37, of Southam Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Banbury on December 10 last year with 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 19 months, reduced by 19 weeks, and fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.
CARLA ANDRADE, 23, of Northfield Farm Lane, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in St Thomas Street, Oxford on December 10 last year with 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks, and fined £400. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £160.
THOMAS DOUGLAS-GILBERT, 29, of Hagbourne Road, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Wantage Road, Dicot on December 10 last year with 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £700. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £280.
