LIANNE EDWARDS, 38, of Roman Way, Bicester, pleaded guilty to possession of two street-deals of crack cocaine on November 22 last year. She was given a period of conditional discharge of 12 months. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

OWEN GRIFFITHS, 22, of Ray Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the A34 southbound on June 22 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

JORDAN SHARPLES, 23, of Royal Logistic Corps, Dalton Barracks, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Abingdon on December 7 last year with 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks, and fined £801. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £320.

BENJAMIN MAJDI, 22, of Daisy Bank, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing at Abingdon Police Station on January 3 this year as well as driving without third-party insurance and without a licence. He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court/police bail on January 30 last year in Oxford. He was given a 10 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also disqualified from driving for two years. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

RUDI ROWBOTHAM, 21, of Holliers Crescent, Middle Barton, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Faringdon on December 17, 2022 with 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £120. There were no orders for costs but there was a victim surcharge of £48.

PHILLIP MORSE, 57, of Tern Walk, Oxford, pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words and the offence was racially aggravated on May 27 last year in Oxford. He was ordered to pay £75 in compensation and was fined £100. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40.

GUY HIVES, 59, of Little Martins, Brightwell-Cum-Sotwell, pleaded guilty to two counts of drink-driving in Wantage on November 29 last year with 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete nine months of alcohol treatment and 15 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also disqualified from driving for three years. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JIMMY PAUL-NUNN, 37, of Merlin Close, Northolt, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Glympton on November 23, 2022 with 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath as well as urinating on the floor and wall of the search room at Abingdon Police Station on November 24, 2022. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £162. There was compensation of £75, court costs of £250 and a victim surcharge of £65.
