A FOOTBALL fan has pleaded guilty to being drunk at an Oxford United match in December and getting involved in a scrap away from the action on the pitch.
Martin East, 36, attended a game in the stadium off Grenoble Road on December 29 where the Yellows were playing against Derby County.
However, East is said to have got involved in a fight and was charged with assault by beating of Michael Casey.

He was also charged with being drunk in a sports ground.
At Oxford Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (January 17), he pleaded guilty to both counts.
East, of Weyland Road, Oxford, was also charged with throwing a bottle in an area where other sports fans were sat but this charge was dropped.
He is now due to be sentenced at the same court on February 13.
