Banbury United is looking for two volunteers to help with the running of the football club.
The head of operations and fixture manager will form part of the operations team, focussed on helping the club to become more effective in its workings.
The head of operations will direct the business areas of the bar and clubhouse, ground and facilities, fixture management and matchday operations, and supplier contracts.
The role requires approximately six to 10 hours of work per week, which can partially be carried out remotely but involves in-person meetings at the club.
An advanced working knowledge of Banbury Plant Hire Community Stadium will need to be learnt.
The role holds the potential to be a board member position.
The fixture manager role encompasses various tasks such as liaising with suppliers, managing payments, and dealing with match-related FA correspondence.
This position includes attendance at most home matchdays and requires an estimated three to five hours of work per week outside match events.
Two board director vacancies are also currently available at the club.
Dan Kelly, a significant support to the club in summer and autumn of 2023, decided not to remain on the board.
This role is open to individuals from all backgrounds, especially those with past experience in football management or those capable of aiding the club's commercial endeavours.
Interested individuals are advised to contact Claire Dumbreck via clairedumbreck@banburyunitedfc.co.uk.
