A trial date set for December 9 this year is now due to go ahead, with an estimated time period of three to four days.
Chapman, of Lincoln Close, Bicester, was due to be arraigned before Christmas on December 21 but failed to attend his hearing due to contracting covid.
He will remain on conditional bail until his trial later this year at the same court.
