An Oxfordshire diner based on the A420 has been shortlisted for best burger at the National Burger Awards 2024.

The shortlisted finalists will compete in a cook-off consisting of three rounds.

A classic burger can be found on almost any menu across the UK and has grown even more popular since the American 'smash' burger found its way over to our shores.

But where in Oxfordshire is up for best burger?

It was founded and designed by Soho House as a group of 21st-century “budget-luxe” motel diners and has rapid expansion plans across the country.

Back in 2022, Darren Sweetland, Mollie's managing director, said: "As our brand and footprint continue to grow, we will continue to innovate and invest in the optimal technology to create the perfect guest experience."

Shortlisted finalists will cook their own burger in front of our judges, before creating a technical burger made up from a specific selection of ingredients we will supply on the day.

This year, finalists will also participate in a Plant-Based Round with Redefine Meat.

The National Burger Awards final will occur on 20 February 2024 at Big Penny Social in London.
