An outstanding innings of 188 not out by South African Riaan Krynauw took Tiddington to 282-5 at home to Bourton Vale.
Krynauw, batting at No 3, added 138 in an unbroken sixth-wicket stand with Phil Manning (38no).
Vale were up with the required rate with ten overs to go thanks to Mark Whitney (74) and Hamza Almuzahim (40), but Matt Maule (4-61) left the last pair hanging on for a draw on 235-9.

Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts were the division's only winners, thrashing Leighton Buzzard Town to climb out of the drop zone and leave Leighton in dire trouble.
Town were one of only two sides in the top six divisions to choose to bat first on winning the toss, but they could muster only 118 before being bowled out.
Phil Whatmore top-scored with 54 while Mark Strong took 4-22 and Sanjay Vinjimoor 3-32.
Dave Leadbitter (71no) then guided Nondies to 120-3 in the 29th over.
Ox & Bletch Nondescripts 25, Leighton Buzzard Town 4.
Challow & Childrey stayed second and narrowed the gap to three points, despite only drawing withBledlow Ridge.
Nick Meadows (54), Julian Penny (45) and Mark Crone (48) helped Challow to 232-9.
Ridge opener Martin Middleton then hit 40, but James Phillips (4-48) and Meadows (3-45) soon had them in trouble before Stephen Bird (42no) and No 10 Sam Rolfe (57no) led their side to safety on 198-8.
Challow & Childrey 16, Bledlow Ridge 10.
Abingdon Vale's Paul White took 4-59 with his left-arm spin as Long Marston scored 215-8 after being put in to bat. Harry Bowles hit 85 for the hosts.
Chris Roderick (59) led Vale's run chase, but Peter Toovey took 5-35 and the visitors were left to hang on for a draw on 194-9.

James Ward dislocated a finger keeping wicket for Milton Keynes Park, but returned from hospital to bat out the final four balls of the match against Dinton and secure a draw that keeps his side top.
Dinton had made 167-8 thanks to opener Richard Scott (49) and Neil Spicer (46), the latter adding 75 crucial runs for the seventh wicket with Tim Brooker (34no).
Park never got going against Scott Bowler (3-35) in reply, with only James Sprittles (35) making a score of note, and they finished on 114-9.
