Pizza Express has submitted an application to Oxford City Council for an alcohol licence for it's new restaurant in Summertown, Oxford.
The hours requested for the supply of alcohol, both on and off premises, are 10.30am to 11pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.30am to 10.30pm on Sunday.
Additionally, the company has requested permission for late-night refreshment, both indoors and outdoors, from 11pm to 11.30pm Monday to Saturday.
Permission has also been sought for the playing of recorded music indoors from 10.30am to 11.30pm Monday to Saturday and 10.30am to 11pm on Sunday.
On New Year's Eve, the restaurant hopes to be able to operate from the end of permitted hours until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day.

The solicitors handling the application for Pizza Express Limited are Poppleston Allen, based in Nottingham.
The council has stressed that knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application could result in an unlimited fine upon conviction.
